Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the IPTV M3U Lista website and subscription service. By subscribing or using this site, you agree to the terms below.

The Service

IPTV M3U Lista provides subscribers with an M3U playlist URL and, where supported, an equivalent Xtream Codes login, for use in a compatible IPTV player application of the subscriber's choosing. We are a subscription access provider, not a media player, device manufacturer or broadcaster.

Subscriptions and Billing

  • Plans are billed once per the term selected (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and do not renew automatically.
  • Prices are displayed in euros and are current as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
  • Access details are typically prepared shortly after payment is confirmed.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use your subscription only for lawful, personal purposes, in accordance with the laws that apply in your country. You agree not to redistribute, resell or share your access credentials or M3U URL with individuals outside your own household without our written permission.

Responsible Use of Content

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any content accessed through your IPTV application or M3U playlist complies with the copyright and broadcasting laws that apply to you. IPTV M3U Lista does not claim ownership of any broadcast content and does not knowingly distribute content without appropriate rights; if you believe any content made available through our service infringes your rights, contact us at support@iptvm3ulista.com.

Service Availability

We work to keep the service running reliably, but as with any streaming service, occasional interruptions, maintenance windows, or individual channel outages can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

Third-Party Applications and Devices

IPTV M3U Lista is not affiliated with, and does not control, the third-party player applications or devices you choose to use with your playlist. We describe compatibility to the best of our knowledge but cannot guarantee behavior of software we do not develop or maintain.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is described separately in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, IPTV M3U Lista is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including issues caused by third-party applications, devices, or internet connectivity outside our control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
