Refund Policy
We want subscribing to IPTV M3U Lista to feel low-risk. This policy explains when a refund is available and how to request one.
Before You Subscribe
Because access details (your M3U URL and Xtream-style login) are generated specifically for your subscription, we encourage checking our compatible devices page and FAQ first to confirm the service fits your setup. The 1-month plan is also a low-cost way to test compatibility before committing to a longer term.
When a Refund May Be Available
- Access was never delivered. If you did not receive your M3U playlist or Xtream-style login within a reasonable time after payment, and our support team could not resolve the issue, you're eligible for a full refund.
- A verified technical fault on our end. If the service itself — not a third-party app, device, or your internet connection — is confirmed to be non-functional and cannot be fixed within a reasonable support window, a refund or credit may be offered.
When a Refund Is Not Available
- Change of mind after access details have been delivered and used.
- Issues caused by third-party player apps, unsupported devices, or unstable internet connections, where the underlying subscription access is confirmed to be working.
- Partial usage of a subscription term — refunds are not prorated for early cancellation once access has been successfully delivered and used.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact support@iptvm3ulista.com or use our contact form, describing the issue and the plan you purchased.
- Our support team will attempt to resolve the issue first — many problems are fixed quickly once diagnosed.
- If the issue meets the criteria above and cannot be resolved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed promptly after approval, though your payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.
